Berkshire Capital Finance seeks its compensation from the lender. Where this is not possible a transparent fee structure is agreed with our clients. Fees usually only become due on the successful completion of a transaction and not before. Our network provides deal flow of commercial and residential investment opportunities. Through strong and longstanding relationships with leading third party service providers BCF refers clients for the appropriate tax, legal and insurance counsel when necessary.
