Michael Thomaides is focused on establishing Berkshire Capital Finance as the premier finance advisory business in London. Prior to establishing BCF, Mike was the Partner in charge of operations at Eurolink Property Finance (Cyprus Ltd ), where he was also a Member of the Board. He was responsible for setting up the operations of the business from inception and the development and management of all banking relationships for the group. This included oversight and responsibility for all structured and high value lending transactions in addition to the management of the support team.

Before founding BCF, Mike founded London Property Investments and was responsible for lending decisions across a wide array of asset classes. Over 10 years at Eurolinkcorp Mike gained excellent experience from top to bottom of the risk management and credit world.

In addition he holds a BSc Hons in Business Studies At City Of London University .

George Lemos ( Senior Partner) has a rich Shipping Background and has worked for many years in the City of London as a Principal Ship Broker covering all classes of Chartering and Sale & Purchase.

George is an Experienced Finance Broker also and joined Berkshire to head up the Greek Credit desk and Liaise with our Greek Clients to give them a first class service.
